The reality is, you don’t need to do either of those things to still feel amazing and know that you are looking after your body. Most people just don’t know how or where to start.

Yes! I use Health Now which allows you to pay in installments that suit your financial situation.

Check your insurance plan to see if services under Registered Nutritionists are covered, if so, you will be able to claim back money which you have spent on nutrition services with me.

Yes! At the beginning I would suggest that you do the sessions closer together (once a week, then once every 2 weeks) and then as you gain confidence you may wish to spread them out more.

Yes! You may book in for a ‘Mini Consultation’ any time after you have completed any of my programs to touch base and discuss how your plan is going. Or, you may wish to give personal training or online coaching with me a go afterwards instead
