    A one off consultation if you are wanting expert advice on the spot.

    Ask any questions which you have related to nutrition, your goals and your well-being and I will offer my explanation as to why you might be feeling a certain way and what you can do about it.

    If you have any recent blood tests you may also bring those with you and I can help you interpret them.

    If I cannot answer your question in the consultation I will follow up with an email answer for you.

    I can offer you suggestions and guidelines so that you can make changes right away to how you’re eating, or other lifestyle suggestions that may help you feel better.

    I can also suggest or prescribe any supplements which may help you.

    A plan presentation session where I will go through the analysis with you along with my suggestions, and then set more specific goals from there (60 mins)

  • Yes! I use Health Now which allows you to pay in installments that suit your financial situation.

  • Check your insurance plan to see if services under Registered Nutritionists are covered, if so, you will be able to claim back money which you have spent on nutrition services with me.

  • Yes! At the beginning I would suggest that you do the sessions closer together (once a week, then once every 2 weeks) and then as you gain confidence you may wish to spread them out more.

  • Yes! You may book in for a ‘Mini Consultation’ any time after you have completed any of my programs to touch base and discuss how your plan is going. Or, you may wish to give personal training or online coaching with me a go afterwards instead
