About me:
I’m a qualified personal trainer and nutritionist coaching people to lift safely and effectively, helping you to become stronger, fitter and healthier.
I tailor your plan exercise plans around your goals, your abilities and your experience level.
I don’t do wacky exercises, and I don’t do hardcore workouts to try make you vomit. I stick to basic movement patterns with strategy behind them, teaching you how to engage your whole body during each movement, for maximum results.
I work with clients of all ages and stages of life, male or female, and take the time to learn about medical conditions that may affect your training.
Come say hi! My private practice is only a 15 minute drive away from the heart of Auckland city with on-street parking available.

For a more affordable option available to anyone anywhere in the world

App-centred coaching. You will use an app which I communicate through to view and track your workouts.
Personalised exercise plan with video demonstation (including resistance training and cardio)
Weekly video call check-ins to go over form technique and monitor progress
Cost: Initial Consultation $150
Then $40 per week

Small Group Training
Got a buddy or a partner who you would like to join you on your fitness journey?
I am able to train 2-3 people at the same time in person at my gym if you would like to split the cost of a regular training session.
Alternatively, I am able to visit workplaces or homes if you have the space and you are not too far away.
